The law firm of Bratcher Gockel & Kingston, L.C. was established in 1995 by Lynne Bratcher and Marie Gockel, who were classmates in law school.  Both Lynne and Marie were experienced trial lawyers when they started their firm. In 1996, Kristi Kingston joined the firm as a law clerk, then as an associate, and finally as a partner.  Together, the firm has over 60 years experience in the practice of law.  Marie and Kristi are licensed in both Missouri and Kansas and in federal court in both states, while Lynne is licensed in Missouri and in federal court in Missouri and Kansas. All three lawyers are  certified as AV rated lawyers, the highest rating possible, by Martindale-Hubbell.  

In addition to the attorneys, three hard-working paralegal/legal assistants are also part of the firm, Ann Gloor, Nancy Bruening and Anthony Reyes.  All three are long-term employees, with Ann Gloor having worked with Lynne Bratcher for over twenty-five years.  These six people make up the law firm of Bratcher Gockel & Kingston, L.C.
